前纳斯达克主席，庞氏骗局主角麦道夫（Madoff）诈骗金额逾600亿美元，受害者3.7万人。他当时保释金是1000万美元。而川普总统没诈骗任何人，更无受害者，但左派检察官和法官连手说他贷款时“夸大”自己资产，就判罚款4.55亿美元，而且要马上全额上交，不然就没收川普资产。这是赤裸裸的政治迫害。如果今天不能保住川普的司法人权，明天就可能轮到任何一个人。

纽约的检察官和法官对川普案的判决甚至还不如集权专制国家的法官与检察官，人家起码表明上还要有一个“依事实为基础、依法律为准绳”。左派的为达目标不择手段践踏司法——司法武器化最终受伤害的将会是每个人——至少纽约市会，美国是海洋法系，川普案就是案例。

The United States is a common law country, and the Trump case is a bad precedent.
