Comment in bar yesterday by someone asking me to tech them about bitcoin. I said sure, after you read the bitcoin standard. It demonstrates to me you're truly interested.

"but the bitcoin standard is over 200 pages, how do you expect me to read that?"

HFSP! Good grief we are that stage? This person is 52 years old, not an entitled brat. Crazy

Tell them to listen to it, then, as an audiobook. Everyone can find some time to listen to a book or an article, while they're driving, working out, showering, working, or whatever.

Hmm good point. I only ever tried one audio book so I never think about it. Prefer a good book in my hand!

I enjoy having physical books as well, but there are alternatives for those who don't read, too.
