Drivechain stuff going on.

Always feels weird when a company is pushing for a particular update to Bitcoin.

Think lightninglabs and Taro.

Or layer2 guys and these drivechains.

I don't understand why we want this.

It won't kill shitcoins even tho they claim it will.

And I think that's where it starts. I remember hearing the same thing about liquid.

Something about their market plea being 'we are killing shitcoins' seems like easy marketing. Easy to frame it, if your against drivechains your for shitcoins. And I don't think that's a fair idea at all.

Who knows.

Trying to be more observant this time around.

So you prefer updates veing pushed by a completely different private company and faction. Liquid/blockstream among others.

Drivechain allows ascension above any one company or group of companies with te resources to pay devs and talent in their favor. It's more in line with what you think Bitcoin is but isn't

Amazing you already know what I think bitcoin is. Simple amazing.

And quite pompous to say the least.

And frankly I dislike liquid just as much, haven't touched it at all.

Im really confused on what led you to assume that I like ANY company pushing their agenda on Bitcoin.

Sounds like you have some preconceived notions.

I'd like to hear some constructive criticism about my position, but you offered non of that.

Lol funny meme.

Thing is, private companies have been pushing core in a specific direction for a long time.

DC allows one to prevent core from changing much at all in the future. These same companies and their payed off dev influencers are pushing the anti-DC narrative. So by oposing DC one is advancing their cause, in my opinion.
