Did you install ntfy? Can you check if it's receiving the events there?
I actually have amber installed on two devices. One of which had ntfy and was receiving notifications from amethyst. Same nip46 on both devices.
Try this beta https://github.com/greenart7c3/Amber/releases/tag/v1.0.7-pre2 and let me now if if works
Yes! I can confirm that it works in v1.0.7-pre2 and not in v1.0.6. I even downgraded to double check.
This event was signed through nip46 in that version.
