This is just another common occurrence on this country because of all the corruption behind the scenes. Low quality tar is used to renew roads that goes bad within months. All that money is in the politicians pockets.
⚡️🇮🇳 NEW - A brand new €2 million Indian bridge will not be used in the end because of its construction. Traffic is impossible because of a bend... almost at right angles. 7 engineers have been suspended for "faulty design".
