Morning coffee thoughts:

This week ive been spending time with people. Hell even went on a date (it was not great but thats another story) and I gotta say im pretty disappointed in people.

Where I live is predominantly left leaning on the political spectrum, Which I guess is kind of important for context here. On the date and while hanging out with people work was of course brought up and the fact that I spend a lot of time in rural America now was part of the discussion.

And I guess the part that disappointed me was that instead of asking me if I'd had any interesting encounters or seen anything cool or eaten any place interesting.....It was always, oh, urg how do you even tolerate being out there? The people must be the worst. And things along those lines.

I guess it was just a stark reminder of how "other-ised" and blind people still are, always thinking that the other is bad. At least in my experience, people are just people. And you probably have more in common with some random person than you think. To immediately categorize them because of a geographical location is fucking insane. We're all just trying to live our fucking lives to the best of our abilities. And you don't have to see eye to eye with somebody to be civil towards them. You can respectfully disagree with people.

Maybe I'm naive, but People on an individual level are never really *that* bad. Its crowds and large groups where people become unreasonable. (Nb4 there are exceptions to everything.)

Blech. Anyways. GM.

I feel you on this. It’s why I interact less and with people in public in general. I rarely go to gatherings anymore. People always expect me to think a certain way or have certain beliefs and they usually are quite different. I used to consider myself and extrovert but more and more I feel like an introvert. I try more to be in nature. The trees, sky, grass, birds, squirrels etc don’t require I take a side with anything. We just coexist together.

As far as breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and cooked in ghee with a bowl of blueberries and a cup of coffee on the side is my go to. If you had to choose the same meal every day for breakfast, what would you choose?

🫂 I'm definitely an introvert, I get where you're coming from.

Ah man, that's such a fucking tough question. If it had to be one breakfast meal every day for the rest of my life, it'd probably have to be Chilaquiles.

Eggs cooked in GHEE you say?

Have you tried GreatGhee good sir 👀

Really is a great way to cook eggs.

There’s no second best 🫡
