We went on a nice little outing to a farmers market in a nearby town, in Columbus, TX. Lots of sellers there, i even saw a guy selling bags of biochar. We bought some homemade egg rolls from an Asian lady, which were amazing. And some butternut squash too. Finally, we bought some local beef from a family ranch that raises Longhorn cattle. Turned out to be a great little trip for us! #grownostr #LocalFood #SupportLocalProducers

We buy almost all of our beef locally and I butcher hogs every year with some buddies. It cost less and it's great knowing where your meat comes from.
