To be fair, there are only like 10 relays with non zero amount of events and active websocket connection listed on nostr.info and pretty much all of them seem to be general purpose relays. (with the possibly exception of nostr.wine)

Am I missing something here?

Where is demand... Just yesterday popped up at least two declared NSFW friendly relays and one Bible specialized. We are on the beginning, the ecosystem will self-organize.
