One thing I would really love this cycle is to get a Tiny House built, on a nice template. Initially simply for personal family use.

I keep making excuses to throw my hat in the ring...too busy etc (we home educate and run own business etc...so it is a little true) I want to slow up my profession in a fiat sense...BUT....if you need any help/advice from a practical non twattish Structural Engineer....give me a shout.
