Life hack:

When dinner is the only meal you eat every day, and when you drink three big cups of coffee every morning, one benefit of that routine is that you will always evacuate your bowels before you leave the house in the morning, and you will never have to shit while You're out and about. It's not the potential uncleanliness of a public toilet that bothers me as much as the low quality toilet paper and lack of wet wipes.

Apparently fasting for more than 17 hours is a life health hack, one I’ve been doing all my life without knowing it!

Yeah I unintentionally started interval fasting in my 30s just because my metabolism changed.

Can confirm. In fact, coffee isn't strictly required to achieve this effect.
