To me, the W is that it makes it harder for him to harass people (such as nostr:npub1cjw49ftnxene9wdxujz3tp7zspp0kf862cjud4nm3j2usag6eg2smwj2rh) within the current societal structures.
And potentially gives legal recourse for those who he previously harassed.

oh I totally agree. i just think it's ironic the number of antigovernment people praising this government ruling. but in the real world with laws, this is extremely bullish!
