Your point being? Ukraine is a country with 40 million people and conscription. Out of the millions of people eligible for conscription, of course some are going to be cowards and leave.

Ukraine has a huge fighting force of people who aren't cowards. You can tell that's true but the obvious fact that lines haven't moved much despite intense efforts by Russia.

As for the "destruction of the Ukrainian people", obviously that's Russia attempting to do that. Case in point: Russia dropping grenades on civilians en-mass. Ukraine is defending themselves to prevent that from happening.
