Without knowing what farm you mean. This is currently happening to me but its politicians and industrialists who made the purchase around my farm (was doing avocado and a specific flower and organic of course) but in the last stages of the sale currently. Looking to buy in a locality of like minded neighbors after this and will switch to having a perennial food forest from now on.

But also know another case that has to do with tourism, not a farm. When a big company buys everything around you, it can heavily affect you. I don't say that you have to sell to them also, but certainly you have to be preppered for... war 😐

Yeah they visited my parents place (they old) and made it clear that they would like to buy and that they told them to tell me it would be a good idea to sell. Not surprising i started the sale process shortly after. They bought neighborhood plots in similar way.
