It doesn't, that would even be illegal today.
All EU banks must support SEPA Instant Credit Transfer as of this year, which means a maximum transfer time of 10 seconds
Why are they not even taking crypto? 🤦♀️
Banks have been building this "thing" called Wero, as a competidor to the american credit cards...
