Your best bet is, to find a trusted #czechPleb here on Nostr who will forward you the item or use the forwarding posting 📯 service www.forward2me.com
1.) Order and pay the item
2.) Add your forward2me address in Germany
3.)Then you'll pay some fee to forward2me
And that's it.
I use similar service ( https://planetexpress.com ) when buying something in US and need it to be delivered to EU.
