One of these for breakfast. 100% have to break the fast. 😅

I only eat one meal a day. Dinner.

See, being poor I don't have to ever worry about over eating. 🤣

But to not make this meal so bland on your taste buds AND KEEP IT BASICALLY JUST AS HEALTHY....

Here's what I would've done:

added the blackberries to the yogurt and a sprinkle of granola or gramcracker crumbs....BOOM PARFAIT!

add the potatoes in with the eggs maybe half of a bell pepper at the end for some crunch.... BOOM BREAKFAST HASH!

AND DONT FORGET THE SPICES WITH THEM EGGS! YOUD BE SURPRISED HOW MUCH NATURAL MEDICINE IS IN THEM.
