At this rate, they will be on the two banks. The one owned by the government, and the one in cyberspace protected by energy.

Yeah, I actually think that's not too far off. Current banks might act as a front man/proxy for government?

Too some extent yes, but banks do create money via loans themselves. Under your system, everything would be routed via government.

So basically just enhancing their front man duties.
