What’s the best way to figure out which pool is the best to mine on?
ViaBTC, Braiins? or another one????
I have also mined on ocean too.

It depends in your goal. There are many factors that determine profitability. The payout scheme from the pool and your hashrate contribution are the biggest factors. However there are other considerations such as Ocean not including Ordinals. How efficiently you run your machines, uptime and how low you can get your energy costs are the main things in your control.
