My Dad had a list of the 100 books you should read before you die that he shared with me in my youth. I think I've read most of them, but I'm not sure.

He doesn't have the list anymore and couldn't recall, exactly, where he'd gotten a hold of the list. He assumed the NY Times.

The Times still puts out a list of the 100 books you should read before you die but now includes classics, such as:
