Mega easy. 500g of flour, bit of yeast, water, salt, olive oil. Mix it, raise it, pour oil over, poke with fingers, add a bunch of whatever you want to be baked on it. My kids prefer just rosemary and little cut tomatoes. Also I salt the dough (and add dried herbs and spices in) before putting it in the pan and put on top just a bit.
