Another nice side effect is I lost like 30 pounds in <6 months and wasn’t even fat to begin with

Thanks guys! Yea i also want to compete in a tournament for Pickleball and do another marathon and I know this is holding me back.

Really insidious how it’s ingrained in our culture.
