he says here "only ground" which is a cool technique to clench the abs naturally. I tried to just do the motion and not arch my back - but it's so tight from sitting, so that tech actually works!

here, looks like he already did this - this exercise is like 5000 years old dude, maybe even older like 13 000 years even, given this was in myth and legends of Old Gods. This is the kind of shit I want to do more off, less of this mechanical gym stuff.
