Ukraine is landlocked

❗️Russia has just announced (https://t.me/mod_russia_en/8484) that any ships travelling through the Black Sea to Ukrainian ports will be considered military targets. Russia formally withdraws guarantees of safety.

⚡️The Black Sea is now a Russian Lake. Ukraine is effectively landlocked.
