In 2016, I was part of a DC funded cyber warfare program. This is the same story as back then. The US ties it's hand behind our backs when it comes to tech and innovation. People that want to innovate and move fast within the boundaries set by regulators (or chain of command, in my previous life) get suppressed and forced into roles deemed necessary instead of roles where innovation occurs.

China and Russia have and will continue to win technologically as long as the parasitic class holds the most power.
