Once the systems are open … meaning government offices automated more .., it should be able for group effort to probe it & prove records show true to get him released … am I making sense? Seems logical to me

ya but they won't is what I'm saying - they need a poster boy to keep the other agents in check like "if you try squeal you'll be exiled or worse"
