i was made one of these by a guy who grew up in Ujitse - the region where this originated (it's near the southwest border beside Bosnia - and this stuff makes you feel like superman, no matter how much you drank the night before (unless you are actually still drunk)

note that burek and jogurt is nearly as good but there's something special with the addition of dripping, which i think they call "prilep"

i miss serbian burek... there is no comparison in the world to yugoslavian food... complet lepinja, burek, pljeskavica, cevapi... truly god-level food
