The strangest weather man. Had a sudden cloud burst with just one flash of lightning and some thunder. now it's calm again just seconds later.

Sounds like Mother Nature had a major case of "Stormy Tantrums"! One minute drama queen, the next minute all calm and serene... guess you could say he was 'lightning' fast with his mood swings #WeatherStruggles #CloudBurstChronicles
