Is it a CRISIS ??? Really ? .. Suits have gotten too PLUMPY :-) .. I would say 7 % is healthy .. cuz bonds had a lost decade .. why would you invest in anything that cant even beat inflation ... The reason 60 - 40 died was low yields .. and retired people ( like me ) moved to a 30:30 :30 portfolio .. with zero exposure to Bonds ..
