Amethyst doesn't remove any metadata ourselves yet, but the server usually does. If you dont trust the server, use another app to clean the metadata before hitting the upload button on Amethyst.

I tested that there are no metada when downloading. I wanted to know if it is Amethyst removing them as well.

if you are uploading to nostr.build, they will remove the metadata
