There is absolutely a backup for your follow list. All you have to do is add wss://hist.nostr.land to your relays lists and the next time your follow or unfollow someone (and everytime after) it will backup your follow list.

When you need to restore just go to https://hist.nostr.land and you'll able to restore your follows.
