I updated the Nostr Event Register on the wiki to Asciidoc format, integrated the missing events from the NIP Github repo, and created a PR to update the other event list.

That means some of the most interesting new event kinds, that are already in use by multiple clients, have a chance of being listed in the GitHub repo. If the PR is merged, that is.
