Single item of interest posts are much better than the infodump IMO

the paywall breaker is a nice touch

As the the actual case, IMO it is not only deeply political but also sets a terrible precedent, in which subjective valuations of property become criminal if a judge or jury feels sufficient animus towards the self-appraiser

I agree with you on the terrible precedent this sets. End of the Republic kind of stuff, methinks. First president to be in court charged with a crime, but a politically motivated one like this!
