They'd delisted privacy coins for merely the *marketing* of them being used.

And then might go after lightning developers holding them responsible for for North Korea deposit with the exact same arguments used against tornado cash.

Well MiCA (or was it the latest AML directive? 🤔) explicitly states that "any method that obscures the blockchain origin" (i forgot the exact terminology) is deemed illegal.

It's so broad it'll affect Lightning, Liquid, etc
