It’s on top of a flat bread. This is the way that döner should be served as. Sandwich style is kinda ruins it, but it can be done in that way too.

Right, no bread. The constant bread with everything has caused diabetes rate to skyrocket to record highs in Turkey. Who needs carbs when you have pure protein.
