For sure. My motivation is clarity and autophagy and for those purposes 72 hours is sufficient. I imagine beyond 72 could be almost vision quest territory. Let me know what you experience eh? I’m definitely curious.
We will see when I wake up tomorrow! I like the idea of 72 once per month. I might get on that.
