It’s true what they say: pasta in the US is very hard to digest.
Bloating and discomfort always follow.
I eat it regularly in Europe and I never have side effects.
I think it's the glyphosate and other chemicals sprayed on food. In the US, glyphosate is used to dry what before harvest.
