A request of approximately $60 for members under 55, $120 for members 55+ and $180 for families of 4+. These funds go to another member to help them with their health event. CrowdHealth does not touch this money! 
The “approximately” is because we don’t know the exact $ amount of bills coming in. If we get a bill for $118 we will request $59 from two people. If we get a bill for $122 we will also $61 from two people. This keeps us from having to ask people twice per month. All requests will be within a few dollars of the targets outlined above.
