When you send a post, it goes to a relay for storage and delivery. You don’t have to edit the relay, you have to get a relay to edit the data. If you own your relay, trivial.

If you rely on someone else’s relay, now it’s negotiation time.

If you’d rather use some centralized service and just ask mark zuckerberg to do it, then that’s fine too.

Once you mail a letter, you can’t edit it. Proof read before posting.

So delete requests on Amethyst require a coder to edit the entire relay?

There has to be someone smart enough to allow simple edits. Can a bot do it?

Some people have severe ADD and type or even think to fast to type.

That does not make them dumb or worthy of ridicule.

Blockchained, ain’t it?

immutable and useful.

No one said anyone was dumb. I simply stated that if one cares about their mistakes, they should proof read before posting, as one would do with a letter in the mail.

Once it’s posted, it’s out of your hands.
