Surge pricing started this trends, but algorithmic pricing is much bigger. It doesn't need to be a reaction on demand as it was in surge pricing.

Yeah... I was more looking at it as surge pricing via micro demand. I think conditional pricing may make more sense and they can all fit under that umbrella.
I do agree with you that all of these avenues will be big in coming years.
