I've yet to try it out. You'd prefer matrix? Are you concerned with lack of documentation? Trying to understand what discord has to do with the app and what it says to you.

It says that they don't really care about Software Freedom. Using proprietary infrastructure for the development of their software says something about them and their future.

Fair point it is telling for the core beliefs and philosophy of the project. Which is where all of it starts and reflects into he product
