for fans of linked data and the semantic web (which is probably very few here), I've added a term to the linked data user vocab to link from the web -> nostr

This so-called "predicate" will allow folks to put it in a user profile, e.g. solid, mastodon, fediverse, homepage, to link to a nostr account.
