And exchanges still needs banks accounts to tranact,or even escrow for that matter?

How does selling work then on p2p, or person to person,you just send them BTC to their address?

P2P sales:

1. Agree on price.

2. Use escrow or meet in person.

3. Send BTC to buyer's address after payment.
