The reason I like the gym compared to home workouts is #1 I don't have the space to set up a home gym #2 for me personally I need the space to change. If I'm working out it needs to be a space designated for working put otherwise I don't pull through. #3 I have access to a pool, a sauna and some courts.

Everyone feels differently, the most important thing is that wrre getting up and moving our bodies before the sun comes up...or maybe when the sun goes down.

It should be stay humble stack sats and stay moving
