In Peru they make anticuchos which is typically beef heart and it's damn good. Give it a try at a Peruvian restaurant.

Are you actually 100% on meat or do you snack other nutrients aswell?

I treat myself now and then but I always regret it. I feel better on eating ruminant meat like beef. I also have dairy.

Going to try remain strict til end of the year and see how I feel.

I go by how I feel. I just get bad inflammation when the modern west diet.

More or less, how’s the taste? Have had beef liver, different cuts-rib eye, sirloin, etc. Never ate heart.🔥✝️🙏😎

Liver is a much richer taste.

Beef Heart is very similar texture to beef liver but doesn’t have that rich taste.

Still tastes great though.
