These Terms apply to users of the NiceHash Platform (“NiceHash Platform”) and NiceHash Mining Services (“NiceHash Services”) which are provided to you by NICEHASH AG, a company organized and existing under the laws of Switzerland, with registered address at Gotthardstrasse, 26, 6300 Zug, registration number: CHE-405.791.581, hereinafter referred to as “NiceHash”.

NICEHASH AG is affiliated to SO-FIT as a financial intermediary within the meaning of article 2 para. 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). SO-FIT is a self-regulatory organization recognized by the Swiss Federal Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FINMA)."
