Do not lose the God inside of you.

You cannot ever understand this body, this consciousness, this life, this universe. You cannot really know anything for certain. Certainty is the sign of an uncultivated mind.

All you must strive for is authenticity, love, and joy. Maybe we need less data, less studies, less noise, less comparison, less copying, less outsourcing.

God is in you and all around you- if only you would remember.

Even beyond devices- trying to extrapolate data, quantify our bodies, and create scientific studies to prove xyz is better for us or bad for us. Nothing will ever encompass the totality of who we are body mind soul. I’ve stopped listening to anyone who claims to know a full truth, as I kept finding myself in worse places when I did.
