i just forgot to eat tbh

what?!? how? my stomach make so many weird noises when I don’t

i am glad to have people surrounding me daily, otherwise i’d just forget eating was a thing 😂💜

active in some way I always forget to eat. Let’s not talk about me in Japan 🫣

whenever somebody said “let’s grab something to eat”, i was like “oh, yes, that’s a thing, totally”

otherwise i just eat for stimulation or because i am anxious at conferences

💯 I need to do

something when I’m bored. I know it’s not a good habit but then again I need some stimulation

i wear wristbands for this very reason constantly, for fidgeting

i have a lighter also that i fidget with whenever i’m thinking 😂

i go 30-60 days on a juice fast at least once a year

i feel so much better fasting, but fr it is not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle. the weight people lose, they generally gain right back because, habits. but i do recommend it as a reboot

You need to prepare for that with a low carb diet or even keto diet

The max that i did was 3 days fasting with almost 1 year of keto diet and it’s insane the energy you get if you do it rigth

i always wanted to do a keto diet but I need to learn more about it first.

I also want to try to do the 1 meal a day
