Replying to Avatar fiatjaf

The only thing I want from 2024 is that Nostrudel starts displaying any hint in the UI for a note when it is a reply to some other note when it is unable to fetch the parent.

For 2025 I will wish all clients to be able to fetch parents through relay hints.

these issues are really hard to track down. really I should just force myself to only use 1-2 relays that way I would start running into them more
