imgproxy should be a standard feature/option in Nostr clients.

Clients designed for what? If we agree that the use cases of the nostr protocol are myriad, might some have no need for this feature/option?

Clients that display images. Yes, all of them.

imgproxy not only saves bandwidth with the right settings, most crucially, it preserves your privacy from third parties. Loading images direct to the client basically erases any privacy.
