Pixel phones are certified Android devices that ship with the Play Store so based on this post #grapheneos users are affected.

GrapheneOS users are fine. Users who also use the Play Services apps on GrapheneOS run them as unprivileged applications, so there's room to circumvent it should those apps not want to behave.
